Since I’ve been taking the night time magnesium I have been sleeping so much better I’m not waking up in the night anymore and I’m even falling back to sleep in the morning. I haven’t slept so well for such a long time. I will definitely be buying more. They are amazing!

Both i am my husband use these to help us sleep. We find they really do make a difference with getting us off to sleep and then with keeping asleep/ falling back to sleep if we waken in the night. I was surprised but really pleased with their efficacy.

I Didn't think to much of them for the 1st few nights, but then realized I was in such a deep sleep throughout the night, no getting up for the toilet, I'm out cold every night till my alarm goes off! Highly recommended.

These are honestly brilliant. I’ve tried sleep sprays and oils before but these are the first product that have actually worked for me. They stop me from feeling anxious and having restless legs. Even though I often can sleep through the night I tend to wake up feeling tense and anxious, as though my thoughts haven't really shut off during the night. These supplements have really helped; they induce a pleasant feeling of relaxation that makes the transition to sleeping very easy, and my sleep is deep and uninterrupted, and I wake up feeling refreshed and at ease. Bought these as I have switched to a daily med that didn't have enough magnesium in it for me (deficiency) I like that you take them at night and they also have other sleep vitamins included. I have only been taking them for a month but I feel like they are already helping!

I swapped these for the other plain Mg from this range (which were also awesome!) so I could have the additional benefit from the 5-HTP, I am sleeping so much better, I am more energised than ever and also feel really positive. Gentle but effective, the Night Time supplement really works... I fall asleep more quickly and, more importantly, I'm no longer waiting repeatedly throughout the night. They have the added benefit of preventing restless leg syndrome.

I have used Together Health marine magnesium for a while for symptoms of PMS for a while now and muscle aches post workout. I decided to try night time magnesium to see the difference (if any) as I was taking the marine magnesium before bed prior to the night time magnesium.
