If you need something more specific as an extra boost for your joints, this is great. I'm extremely active as a person because of my job and from time to time I use this when needed. Great great product.

As always, Together Health products arrive in excellent condition with the resealable packs and all natural ingredients. I love that there are no nasties in any of their products. Personally, I have trouble swallowing tablets but I know I can open my capsules and mix them with honey which I add to my organic oats. I opt to take joint aid as I am becoming more mature and finding a few aches and pains. If I don’t take joint aid each day, I really do suffer. I often add fresh, organic turmeric to my cooking but its not enough on its own. I highly recommend Together Health products.
