I found this product because I was looking for supplements that didn't come with the usual wasteful packaging that supplements usually come with. So I'm really happy with it from that point of view. This product also claimed to be gentle on the stomach so I thought I'd give the multi vit and mineral a go and I've been really happy with it. None of the uncomfortable stomach I've always had with traditional products. The ordering is easy and I've opted for the monthly subscription. This works really well as you get an email a few days before this is dispatched and can pause, cancel or set a new date which works well for me as I don't take these every day.
I like the fact you can pull them apart and sprinkle over your food making them easier to digest I needed a multivitamin which did not have a big amount of B6 or iron so I’m happy with the number and amounts of each vitamin contained in the capsule as it’s easier on the stomach and you have the option of taking two a day if you feel one capsule is not enough I also use vit K2 from together They’re a great company
These are gentle on my stomach which is a great relief as I often find that my delicate digestion can't cope with many supplements

Natto Vitamin K2 |
Harvested
Non-GMO chickpeas are grown in a contamination free area. |
Fermented
The chickpeas are fermented turning them into the traditional Japanese Natto food. |

The Natto is then spun in a centrifuge to separate a clear fermented liquid from the chickpeas. |
Extracted
This liquid goes through an extraction process to obtain the vitamin K2 using ethanol. |
Drying
The K2 is powdered using a gentle vacuum drying process ready for encapsulation. |
